HC Clear™ is a clear hard coating that can be applied to both acrylic and polycarbonate cover glass.
This solution provides high scratch and abrasion resistance, graffiti resistance, and improved
weather performance. It also has excellent optical quality and can be applied on one or both sides of the optical filter regardless of the base material.
Depending on the base material, HC Clear provides a scratch resistance of pencil hardness 4-8H.
HC Clear is a very versatile solution that can be applied to any kind of optical filter or display window that needs scratch resistance.
Below you can read the technical specifications of HC Clear when applied to PMMA.
