Marine AR

We specifically designed this anti-reflective coating for marine applications to ensure lifetime durability in offshore environments.

The Marine AR coating reduces light reflections to an absolute minimum and has exceptional UV- and saltwater resistance.

Application Areas

We typically recommend this solution for radars, fish finders, plotters, and navigation and communication systems exposed to saltwater and sunlight.

Marine AR or Wet AR?

If you’re looking for an anti-reflective coating like Marine AR, but that is a more general-purpose solution, Wet AR could be an excellent option.

Like Marine AR, it has great chemical and abrasion resistance, except it’s a more cost-effective option if you’re not looking for an AR surface treatment specialized for marine- and offshore environments. Click here to read more about Wet AR.
