Elektron provides high-end professional electronic musical instruments for the music industry worldwide.
Elektron was looking for a cover glass solution for their SPS-UW+ MKII device that had to be scratch-resistant and of high optical quality.
The solution we started supplying was an acrylic cover glass with PSC’s unique clear hard coat, Cleartech™, CNC-machined into the exact dimensions required by Elektron.
Since the beginning of this project with Elektron in 2019, we have acquired Hardtech™, which is our clear hard-coated PMMA solution in 1mm thickness. Therefore, we have changed the original Cleartech™ solution to a Hardtech™ variant.
With this solution, Elektron receives a finished ready-to-mount solution with outstanding optical quality and scratch resistance.
