Over the years, we have polished the process of clarifying the needs and requirements of our customers, and delivering the perfect cover glass solution for pretty much every kind of application.

Consulting
When you contact us here at PSC, our first task is to determine your needs and requirements for your cover glass. Here, we value the dialogue with you to figure out what kind of application the cover glass is intended for, what surface properties the cover glass needs, etc. These questions are essential for us so that we can design and develop the perfect cover glass solution specifically for your project.
Development
Once we have determined the needs and requirements of the cover glass, we will start designing the solution in-house in close dialogue with you. If needed, we will spend the required time and resources to collaborate with you in finding the optimal solution for your application. Once the design is final and accepted by you, we will start producing prototypes.
Prototyping
When prototyping the first units for you, our quality assurance will test a sample of the prototypes to ensure that the quality and tolerances comply with your requirements. Standard product samples and prototypes can be manufactured and shipped in just 1-2 weeks. Once you have received our prototypes to test, we make sure that they live up to your expectations before going into serial production.
Serial Production
During serial production, we use our own in-house manufacturing processes to complete the task. However, we can also use our extensive supply chain and partners to source processes or materials that we don’t have available ourselves. Furthermore, we also continuously test to ensure that the units’ quality and tolerances are within your requirements.
Service
After serial production, we make sure to follow up and cement our position as the preferred manufacturer of optical filters and cover glass solutions. This is because we strive to always add value to your projects and have long-term partnerships with our customers.
When designing a filter solution, the starting point is always a specific customer application.
Our aim is to understand which features are most important for your application to provide you with the best possible solution.
Knowledge of how to control and manipulate light and colors means that we can develop optical filter solutions with unique performance for each specific application.
In the development of optical filters and cover glass, colors are used to optimize the functionality, readability, design, and aesthetics of the final product.
We use our extensive knowledge of surface optimization. That way, we can design solutions that fit your exact requirements, whether it be eliminate distracting light reflections, provide improved abrasion- or chemical resistance, or something completely different.
Making a hole in a box containing electronic components constitutes a problem: Sensitive signals can get out, and undesirable emissions can get in. Our EMI solutions are designed to conrol these emissions if this is a requirement for your application.
We have the in-house manufacturing facilities for plastic solutions, including:
We have our own acrylic casting facility to ensure superior optical quality with full flexibility in regard to colors and thicknesses.
We offer a very broad range of surface treatments, including anti-glare, anti-reflective, and scratch-resistance coatings.
We provide cutting, sawing, milling, and laser cutting – from sheet to finished cover glass.
We can provide a number of additional services including silk screen printing, gluing, bending, lamination, and pre-assembly. In short, we supply the cover glass ready to mount to your application. We can also deliver ready-to-mount optical filters and cover glass in ways that provide maximum cost efficiency in your assembly process.
We are ready to help you with a unique optical filter solution.
